Important Customer Notice!

PLEASE NOTE:

We no longer deal with support requests by telephone or direct emails to individual employees

We have revised our technical support procedure in order to help you the customer benefit. In order to ensure that all requests are logged and thus completed our support procedure should be adhered too at all times. There are a number of ways in which you can gain support for whatever issue it is you are having and these are explained below.

1) Support Tickets

These are found within your control centre under the "Support" module. If you click onto Request Support a new window will open and the majority of your details will be present. All you then need to do then is to complete the support ticket with the detail surrounding your issue and a member of our technical support team will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you cannot log in to your control centre for some reason you can send an email to support@brickweb.co.uk and give as much information as possible. We will enter a support ticket for you.

2) Live Chat

If you do not want to post a support ticket then you can click the "Questions" and a live chat box will open. This will connect with one of our technical team and will be available from 9am - 5pm (UK office hours). You can request for a transcript of this conversation when you have finished.

Emergencies/Out of Office Hours

If you have tried the above or your support request is URGENT then please go to https://www.brickweb.co.uk/client-area/support.html or alternatively email support@brickweb.co.uk and give as much information as possible.

Should you need to be shown how to request support or carry out any of the above tasks then please contact Hayley at hayley.pearson@brickweb.co.uk to attend one of our monthly training workshops. Alternatively you can telephone us at (01254) 277190 and we will guide you through it for the first time.

Contacting Brick technology on 01254 277190 for support will not get you the help that you require or need and so we urge our customers to please follow our support procedure.

Thank you for your co-operation,

Everyone at Brick technology
