UA: Support Manager

Brick technology Ltd., Ukrainian department is looking for a purposeful, serious, bright and ambitious, attentive and interested support manager.

We develop our own web-based products and provide comprehensive services of web systems design, development, marketing and support for clients from UK, EU and USA, from self-employed persons, small businesses to government agencies to large enterprises. We do not provide any services for politics / adult / casino / religious persons and organisations.

Requirements

Technical skills required: Experienced user Windows and MacOS, Android and iOS, GMail/Apple Mail/MS Outlook, Chrome/­IE/­Edge/­Safari/­Firefox, Word­/Pages, Excel­/Numbers, GSuite, Basecamp; HTML/­CSS/­XML/­CSV basics; be able to handle email, live chat, support ticket system and Skype requests, as also incoming calls on IP-telephone.

Fluent written and spoken English required, as well as competent Ukrainian and Russian required too.

Working conditions

A comfortable, spacious, clean and bright studio in Zaporizhzhya city center on Soborny avenue (Polyaka sq., 12th April) with its own kitchen, bathroom, shower and a place for bicycles.

8-hour working day, official tax and pension registration, paid vacation and paid sick leave, bonuses based on work performance. A partial remote work option is possible.
